As of June 2026, I've had to move my website; my old platform couldn't sustain the growth we were experiencing.

If you subscribed to Print Club before June 2025, your subscription and profile are still active through this website. To log into your account, go to any order confirmation email you've received, click "View Your Order," and then log in. Once you're in, you can update your subscription if you'd like.

  • Prints are mailed on the last day of each month. That means you’ll receive each month’s artwork in the following month.

    For example: May’s artwork ships out on May 31st and should arrive in your mailbox sometime in June.

  • Orders placed after the 28th of each month will count toward the following month’s subscription. For example, an order placed on May 29th or after will receive June’s print, not May’s.

    As a one-woman business, I use the final days of each month to carefully process and ship all current-month orders on time. Thank you for your understanding and support!

  • Print Club orders are sent via untracked standard mail.

    • U.S. orders typically arrive within 3 business days to 2 weeks.

    • International orders may take 2 to 6 weeks, depending on your location and local postal service.

    Please note that since shipping is untracked, delivery times can vary.

  • Unfortunately my current website carrier does not allow me to edit personal customer information. If you have moved, the only way to update your address is to unsubscribe and then resubscribe. I am currently working very hard on solving this issue and will have a way for subscribers to edit their addresses without unsubscribing soon. Thank you for your understanding and support.

  • If you go to one of your order confirmation emails and go to view your order, it gives you an option to log in.

  • If you signed up for the USA Print Club before June 1, 2025, and live internationally, don’t worry! Your subscription will remain the same, and all your prints will still reach you as expected.

    Starting June 1st, I’ve added a dedicated International Print Club portal. As a one-woman business, I wasn’t able to include international shipping costs within a single Print Club tier. To keep the project as accessible as possible, I’ve created a separate international option that includes the additional $1.60 shipping fee.

    If you accidentally signed up for the wrong portal after June 1st, just email me at pujcreative@gmail.com. I’ll happily cancel the incorrect membership so you can rejoin through the right portal. :)

  • Yes! You can cancel anytime, just log into your account and head to the subscriptions tab. No questions asked.

  • I’m so sorry to hear that! If your print hasn’t arrived within the expected time, or if it shows up damaged, just reach out to me at pujcreative@gmail.com and I will send you a replacement.

  • Once you subscribe to the Print Club, you'll be billed monthly on the same day you joined, continuing until you choose to cancel.

    If a payment doesn’t go through, there is a 10 day grace period, if the payment does not go through after the grace period your order for that month won’t be processed.

  • Yes! Select past prints are available in larger sizes under Prints.

  • All artwork and prints are final sale and non-returnable, due to their limited and made-to-order nature. Thanks for understanding!
